DIRECTION
Spiritual Direction: Traditional spiritual direction is offered by One Simple Voice to help direct an individual back to their spiritual journey and God. A spiritual director is certified and well versed in religion and the scriptures. This is not spiritual teaching as a spiritual director generally guides an individual but does not teach them how to hear God's voice. There is no cost for this modality.
Bishop Richard (Dick) Hanifen

Bishop Richard (Dick) Hanifen, presenter and Executive Director, was the founding Bishop of the new Diocese of Colorado Springs in 1984 (retired in 2003). Prior to this role, Bishop Hanifen was assigned the Episcopal Vicar to the Southern Region of the Archdiocese of Denver. He was ordained as an auxiliary Bishop of Denver in 1974. Bishop Hanifen received a Masters degree in Guidance and Counseling from Catholic University in 1966.
