Deacon Richard "Dick" Wilburn, was born and raised in Texas, moving from Houston to Buena Vista Colorado in 1982.  Dick is the father of five wonderful children, and was ordained as a Deacon in 1981 serving initially at St. Luke's Church, and moving to St. Rose of Lima Church where he has been for 32 years.
