Andrew Barton
Andy brings over 10 years of non-profit management and fund raising experience. Andy is currently the Director of Annual Gifts for Penrose-St. Francis Health Foundation. Prior to joining the PSF Health Foundation, he worked for the YMCA of the Pikes Region as the Executive Director of the Tri-Lakes YMCA in Monument. During that time he led the effort to build the new 45,000 square foot facility, which opened in April 2008. Andy was born and raised in Colorado Springs, and received his BA in English from the University of Colorado in Boulder. Andy and his wife Vanessa have three children, and they enjoy spending time in the beautiful Colorado outdoors.

Marc Crawford
Marc Crawford is the co-owner and President of Educational Measures LLC, a company he incorporated in 2001. Marc brings over 15 years of experience in sales, management consulting, finance, and operational leadership. Prior to creating Educational Measures, Marc spent 3 years at Keane Consulting Group as a Senior Consultant managing projects and conducting operational analysis for clients. He developed strategies for Fortune 500 clients to streamline company operations and meet financial objectives. Before his position at Keane, Marc worked for Medical Educational Collaborative as a Program Development Manager. His main responsibility included recruitment of pharmaceutical and medical device companies to financially support educational programs. He maintained a dual role as account developer and manager. Marc graduated with an M.B.A from the University of Colorado Denver and has a B.A. degree in Finance from Loyola College in Maryland.

Monsignor Donald Dunn
Monsignor Donald (Don) Dunn was ordained for the Archdiocese of Denver on Dec. 20, 1961, in St. Peter's Basilica. After seminary training at St. Thomas Seminary in Denver and the North American College in Rome, he pursued graduate studies in social work at Catholic University of America from 1966 to 1968. Following his graduate studies, Msgr Dunn was assigned to Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Denver from 1968 to 1980. He also served as President of the National Conference of Catholic Charities in Washington D.C., from 1977 to 1979. From 1980 to 1983, Msgr Dunn served as Vicar for Family Life and Youth Services in the Archdiocese and subsequently served on a missionary team from the Archdiocese in Monteria, Columbia, from 1984 to 1986. In 1984, Msgr Dunn was incardinated into the Diocese of Colorado Springs and served as pastor of St. Patrick Parish from 1987-1991. He was then appointed full time Vicar General of the Diocese in 1991. In 1997, he was appointed pastor of St. Mary Cathedral. While holding this position, he also held responsibilities as Vicar General until retirement in 2007. During that time, a major renovation of the cathedral was completed. Since the fall of 2007, he has served as a part-time sacramental minister at St. Dominic Parish in Security, CO. In Spring of 2009, he was named an Honorary Prelate by Pope Benedict XVI and given the title of Monsignor.

Ed Gaffney
Ed Gaffney and his wife, Donna, have six children and nine grandchildren. While Donna did the most important work of staying home raising the children, Ed has been an educator, a missionary in the Far East with Donna and five of their six children, a strategic planning and corporate team development specialist, an executive coach, a small business owner, and a speaker at national and international conferences. He is currently the Director of Mission Effectiveness for the Diocese of Colorado Springs, where he oversees the implementation of the diocesan plan, facilitates leadership and team development, presents workshops on using faith to respond to conflict, mediates conflicts, and facilitates the successful implementation of the Bishops’ Charter for the Protection of Children and Youth in every parish and school. He has a BA and MA in English Education from Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY.

Bishop Richard (Dick) Hanifen
Bishop Richard (Dick) Hanifen was the founding Bishop of the new Diocese of Colorado Springs in 1984 (retired in 2003). Prior to this role, Bishop Hanifen was assigned the Episcopal Vicar to the Southern Region of the Archdiocese of Denver. He was ordained as an auxiliary Bishop of Denver in 1974. Bishop Hanifen received a Masters degree in Guidance and Counseling from Catholic University in 1966.

Frank Hennessy
Frank Hennessy brings over 30 years of management experience and operational skills to OSV. He has served in leadership capacities in for-profit and not-for-profit health care entities spending the last 12 years with Centura Health in rehabilitation services. Prior to his current work with Centura Health, for ten years Frank was president and CEO of Functional Rehabilitation, directing its eventual merger with Centura Health. Frank's calling is to bring and know God within the workplace. Frank believes and lives out the words "God is there and waiting to help you in all you do personally and professionally.

Lucille (Lou) Krippel
Lucille (Lou) Krippel is the current manager of John Zay Guest House at Penrose St. Francis. Prior to this role, Lou was the director of Mission and Spiritual Care at Centura Health, Penrose-St. Francis. Lou holds a Masters in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs, a Masters in Pastoral Care from St. Thomas in Denver, Colorado as well as a M.ED. in Administration and Supervision from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.
