Hi Frannie,

As the New Year approaches, I wish to do a better job of looking for 'God moments' not only at home, but also at the workplace. I am putting up reminders of God at home, at the office and in my car. I hope this will help me recognize and look for moments God has set aside for me. I also know OSV will help assist me with this transformation and help me see the beauty of this earth that God provides all of us.

Mark, simple teachings and some cliches that while said forever hold true……treat employees as you would like to be treated…..if employees lie, why do they feel they have to?…everyone has a different piece of truth….

I also strongly feel that life is too short and too important to mot love what you do.If I have an employee who is always miserable I will meet with them discuss this and work with them if needed to find a better fit or in many cases a different employer.
We are as good or as bad as our worse employee.

Hi Frank, I really like your approach to practicing the essence of Gods teachings in the workplace. I am sure it takes time to perfect though. For those of us that are new to the idea of leading with our hearts and the essence of God, what do you recommend we do to remind ourselves of this important approach in every day life? How do you personally take a step back and remind yourself to 'bring the essence"?

Remember the Two Worlds?
I like to think its the heartfelt emotions – those of the seed of the spirit and world of no opposites that fit here: unconditional love, compassion, kindness, hope, peace, goodness, generosity, gratitude, etc. The mind prison – is part of the world of opposites and the emotions of the mind have opposites love/hate, good/bad, etc. The “We” /unity has no opposite. Frannie…I like what you say. There is a difference between mind, or intellectual, seeing, and the feelings of “We” vision. Mind and feeling (emotions), the “between” of these, seems to me, to offer the best vessel or lens for finding the “We” vision. And, most significant, is the “remembering.” So easy to forget.
